Effect of marine protected areas on biodiversity and trophodynamics in the southeastern part of The Philippines

Finished

This PhD project aims to test the effects of name protected areas on biodiversity and trophic interactions at the basis of food webs in seagrass beds. Structural, functional and genetic diversity will be analysed. As the selected MPAs are under community-based coastal resource management, the outcome of this research will directly benefit the local community.
