Statistical modelling of the force of infection, the incidence of malaria and the prevalence of parasitemia in Ugandan

Main null hypothesis: Force of infection (FOI), prevalence of parasitemia and incidence of malaria do not differ by age for children 5 years of age or for children aged 5 years and above. Main objective: We are mainly interested in developing models to estimate indicators of malaria burden, including FOI, prevalence of parasitemia and malaria incidence.
