Enhancing equal opportunities through participation of families and schools in basic skill formation
FinishedThis project aims to enhance quality in education and gender equality. By implementing an intervention, promot-ing the active participation of parents in the educational system through a parent-teacher partnership, children may acquire basic skills, regardless of socio-economic status and gender. Our research focuses on the evalua-tion of this intervention (both on the level of outcomes in children, parents and teachers, as on the process level) and on variables that affect parents’ and teachers’ awareness of the importance of such a partnership.
