Alleviating financial barriers for women-owned enterprises in Tanzania

Finished

Access to finance is problematic for the vast majority of female entrepreneurs in Tanzania (ILO, 2014). This project aims to provide hands-on solutions to financial barriers that women-owned enterprises (WOEs) face. We want to detect financial needs, analyze uses, advantages and disadvantages of main funding sources and propose strategies and best-practices to overcome these barriers.
