During this session, the PSP project will present findings from two case studies examining how communities in the Ruzizi River Plain and Delta in Burundi and eastern DR Congo experience the impacts of climate change. The session will explore options for integrating loss and damage, as well as adaptation strategies, into the work and interventions of development partners.

In addition, in light of recent events in the research areas, we will share reflections on the interactions between climate change and conflict dynamics in the region.
