Partnership Policy and Mediation and Arbitration Regulation

The VLIRUOS Partnership Policy represents the VLIRUOS commitment to the principles of mutually beneficial partnerships as a baseline for its successful cooperation model. 

The VLIRUOS Mediation and Arbitration Regulation clarifies the involved parties in a partnership/project agreement on how to proceed in case a dispute which has arised between or among the project parties cannot resolved by them. In such a case the parties shall first proceed in good faith to submit the matter to mediation.
