About Mozambique
(ending as partner country after academic year 2021-2022)
Mozambique was a priority country for Belgian and Flemish cooperation. Since 2003, we have spent over EUR 7 million in cooperation programmes with Mozambique, including one ongoing long-term Institutional University Cooperation (IUC) programme with Universidade Eduardo Mondlane (UEM). The IUC programme with UEM was the cornerstone of our country programme with Mozambique.
Mozambique is still one of our 29 scholarship countries.
