Some key insights into the success rates of the 'Connect 4 Change' programme !
We’ve released a short research note on the selection results for the current 5-year programme ‘Connect 4 Change’, which started in September 2022.
The note offers an analysis of selection outcomes across various project intakes, offering insights into success rates for different types of institutions, male and female promoters, first time promoters or ‘pioneers’, and interinstitutional projects.
Two key takeaways are the fact that female promoters achieve a higher success rate (43.4%) compared to their male counterparts (32.5%), and that interinstitutional projects demonstrate a higher success rate (36.4%) compared to single-institution projects (27.7%).
