The bilateral cooperation phasing out in June 2019 inspired a large Vietnamese delegation representing various ministries to visit some key Belgian actors in their quest for future cooperation potentials. VLIR-UOS definitely can offer some interesting tools based on “sharing minds, changing lives” emphasizing innovation and sustainability.
