How has the IUC programme with the Universidad Católica Boliviana (UCB) been progressing up until now? That is the central question of a meeting held in Santa Cruz last week, between a Belgian delegation from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Ghent University, the University of Antwerp, the Catholic University of Leuven and VLIR-UOS as well as a Bolivian delegation of UCB in La Paz, Cochabamba, Tarija and Santa Cruz.
