Global Minds VUB 2017-2021

IR 1: a development dimension is integrated in higher education in accordance with the priorities of the institutions. For VUB, the following outcome is expected to be reached within this IR: students and staff have an increased knowledge on development related issues.
IR 2: a development dimension is integrated into the research of Flemish Universities and University Colleges, in accordance with the priorities of the institutions. For VUB, the following outcome is expected to be reached within this IR: VUB experiences an increase in specific development rele-vant (fundamental /applied/policy advice) research.
IR 3: students, staff and other stakeholders of Flemish HEI are more aware of development issues. For VUB, the following outcome is expected to be reached within this IR: students, researchers and staff are aware of developmental issues and a larger participation in development cooperation is observable. Students identify themselves as citizens of the world.
